How are Your Coaching Services Delivered?
We provide coaching services in person, over the phone and Skype.
How Does Your Approach Differ from Others Who Provide Similar Services?
I believe all coachess have their own unique approach based on their gifts and life experience.
My work experience has focused on business development and sales positions. I have experienced challenges related to my career, self esteem, confidence, depression and relationship struggles.
My training through Clearmind International Institute involves experiential exercises that allow a client to have an opportunity to shift their perspective of a past experience in their life.
Should I Attend an Online Program, or Individual Coaching Sessions?
The online programs we offer are web-based and consist of lessons and time for discussion. The sessions are at the same time each week. You will have exercises to do on your own between each session. Our programs can be a cost effective way to learn new ways to improve your life.
Coaching sessions will allow you to have one-to-one sessions that are all about your situation. You can bring whatever you would like to into these sessions. They are a safe and supportive place to be able to talk about things you may not feel comfortable speaking about to a group. These sessions are used as additional support when you are also enrolled in our online programs.
Should I Attend Your Online Programs Together With, or Separate From My Partner?
There are benefits to each option. A lot of the decision will be best determined based on your current situation.
Ultimately, it is best for you and your partner to discuss things in advance to determine what works best for yourselves individually and as a couple.

I am a Certified Life Coach through the Certified Coaches Federation.
I have a Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology through Clearmind International Institute.
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Simon Fraser University with a major in Human Resources Management.

How Do I Pay for Your Services?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). The payment is done through PayPal. You are able to pay through PayPal without having a PayPal account of your own. In Canada, you can also pay for our services through email transfer.
