Happy New Year!  It is 2019 and you may have a New Year’s resolution or two to accomplish this year.

For me, New Year resolutions tend to be focused on being better at taking care of myself such as eating healthier and exercising.

If you are looking to take care of yourself in 2019, I have written a simple resource that may be of tremendous help.  Especially, if you work in an industry where you are taking care of clients all day.  You may be feeling the effects of ongoing daily requests over and over again.
